Accessibility

Our commitment to making this website usable by everyone.

Our Commitment

CA Home Services Inc. is committed to making our website accessible and usable by as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice input software.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continually review and improve our site.

What We've Done

  • Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy
  • Descriptive alt text on images and decorative images marked as hidden from assistive technologies
  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and form controls
  • ARIA labels and roles where standard HTML is insufficient
  • Form fields with associated labels and error messages
  • A skip-to-main-content link for keyboard users
  • Responsive layout that works at high zoom levels
  • Reduced-motion support — animated sections respect the system preference

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively working to address any gaps. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know using the contact details below.
