These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CA Home Services Inc. website (cahomeservices.ca) and any home repair services you engage from CA Home Services Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

CA Home Services Inc. provides professional home repair and maintenance services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including: chimney repair and cleaning, fireplace repair, garage door repair, sliding door repair, door and window sealing, duct and dryer vent cleaning, and general home repairs.

Service availability is subject to our scheduling capacity and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote or estimate provided through our website, by telephone, or by email is based on information you supply and is not binding. A final, binding quote is provided after an in-person assessment of the work required.

If conditions at the work site differ materially from what was described, the final charge may differ from the estimate provided. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with work.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Booking requests submitted via our website or by phone are subject to confirmation. Your appointment is confirmed only when we have contacted you to confirm availability and scheduling details.

We may need to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, equipment failure, or emergencies. We will provide as much notice as practicable.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by contacting us by phone or email. We ask for reasonable advance notice so that we can offer your time slot to other customers. Repeat cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to schedule future appointments.

For same-day cancellations or no-shows where a technician has already been dispatched, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable service call fee. We will advise you of any such fees in advance.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of booking or on-site. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are additional unless explicitly stated as tax-inclusive.

6. Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have a concern about completed work, please contact us promptly after the service. We will review your concern and, where the issue is within our reasonable control and falls within the scope of the original work, take appropriate corrective action.

This commitment does not apply to pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from factors outside the scope of the work we performed.

7. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that disrupts the site, infringes our intellectual property, or violates any applicable law. All content on this website is owned by or licensed to CA Home Services Inc. and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Links
